Either set height property in codebehind .cs file
BCSBarcodeCtrl1.QRCodeSize = 0;
Or add a tag directly

Default value of QRCodeSize property is 0 (Auto-select).
You can set it to a value between 1 and 40 as listed below.
Other value will be reset to its default value.
