Understanding BC-412 Standards
The SEMI T1-95 standard dictates precise specifications for barcode marking on the back surface of silicon wafers. The BC-412 (Binary Code 412) symbology is unique:
- Character set: 10 digits and all uppercase letters (excluding 'O').
- Anatomy: Each character consists of 12 modules with 4 fixed-width bars.
- Dimensions: Standard widths range from 13.2 mm to 29.04 mm.
