Bookland EAN / ISBN Barcode Solutions
Professional-grade font packages for book publishers, fully compliant with ISO/IEC 15420:2009 standards.
What is a Bookland Barcode?
A Bookland Barcode is created using a unique prefix allocated for book publishers worldwide. By combining the 978 or 979 prefix with a 9-digit ISBN and a modulo 11 checksum, publishers create a globally recognized identifier.
Key Components:
- UCC/EAN: The 3-digit prefix (978/979) specifically for books.
- ISBN: The 9-digit unique catalog number for book identification.
- Checksum: A modulo 11 digit appended at the rear end for data integrity.
Advanced Encoding Tools
Printing Bookland barcodes requires precise checksum calculation. Our package includes a dedicated Encoder and full source code to automate this process.
